Who is responsible?

Pedro Lord operates Twinkle Town and twinkletown.site. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@pedrolord8578w.site or use our support form.

The game: local progress

The current Twinkle Town game stores your nickname, companion, level progress, rewards, outfits, garden and settings locally on your device. The game does not require an account and includes no advertising, analytics, chat or real-money purchases. Its leaderboard opponents are fictional characters. The current game code does not call the launch API described below.

Deleting game data

Use Settings → Start over to erase your local progress. This keeps your sound and motion preferences. The app also provides no server copy of your game save. Device backups, if enabled, are managed by Apple and your device settings.

Website and hosting

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical connection information, such as IP address, request time, browser information and security signals, to deliver and protect the service. We do not install advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Your chosen website language is stored locally in your browser. Google Fonts serves the fonts used on these pages and receives the connection information necessary to deliver them.

Support requests

When you submit the support form, we receive your email address, selected topic, message and submission time. We use these details to handle your request and respond. Requests are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database, with deletion scheduled after 90 days. Information you send directly by email is also processed by the relevant mail providers and may remain in correspondence while the issue is being handled. We do not sell support information or use it for advertising.

Abuse prevention

To limit spam, the support endpoint temporarily stores a one-way hash derived from the connection IP address, together with a request counter. This is used only to limit submissions and is scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal details in a message.

Optional launch API

The website provides an app-launch API at /api/twinkletown-launch. It is separate from the current offline game. A client that calls it can send an app identifier, vendor identifier (IDFV), advertising identifier (IDFA), push token, device name and user agent. The server adds the connection IP address and country supplied by Cloudflare and forwards the supplied parameters to the external routing service at banda-track-api.space. That service can return a web destination; a 202 response selects the native game, and an unavailable or invalid response selects this privacy page. This routing is not needed to play the current game. Do not send identifiers without the necessary user notices and permissions. We do not log request bodies or keep a separate database of launch identifiers; the external service controls its own processing and retention.

Children

The game itself does not upload game profiles or provide social sharing. The support form is intended for adults, parents and guardians. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information can contact us to request its deletion.

Your choices and requests

You can clear local game data in the app, clear this website’s local storage in your browser, or contact us about access, correction or deletion of a support request. Include the request reference if available. We may need to verify that you control the relevant email address. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location. Service providers may process information outside your country.

Changes

If functionality or data practices change, we will update this page and its revision date. This policy describes the current game and the separate website services.
